​Friday, October 13th

WB TOUR ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
    All guests 18 and older must bring a valid legal form of photo id (i.e. driver's license or passport). 
    Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
    Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. 
    We recommend you wear comfortable shoes during your visit.
    Tour Parking is available at 3400 Warner Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505 (enter through Warner Blvd)
        for a fee of $15 (no RV's, trailers or large trucks).
    Still photography is allowed unless instructed otherwise; videos are not permitted.
    Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. 
        The Studio Tour follows all mandated city, state and federal CDC guidelines. Please check our
        website for the latest health and safety requirements. More info at this link.

  • 09:00    -    Meet at the WB Studio Tour office for tour check-in. Follow signs for Tour Parking on the Southside of Warner Blvd. Parking Fee is $15 per vehicleDirections from Hilton (about a 1 hour drive, depending on traffic). 
  • 09:30    -    WB Studio Tour (guided portion is 70 minutes, self-guided portion 1-2 hours). Note that payment for the Tour is not included in Attendee Registration. It is a separate payment.
  • 13:30    -    Caravan to SMK Filming Locations, starts at 4247 Warner Blvd
  • 18:00    -    Event check-in in room Newport A at the hotel - ends at 20:00. (This is when you pick up your badge and goody bag! It is important to make every effort to do this Friday evening to avoid hold ups starting the event on Saturday morning!)

Saturday, October 14th
    Your paid Attendee registration entitles you to attend all Saturday events.
    Check-in and Autograph sessions will be in the Los Angeles Ballroom

  • 08:30    -    Event check-in at the door begins (we prefer you check in Friday night!)
  • 09:15    -    Morning autograph session - ends at 12:00
  • 11:40    -    Cast photo op - photos taken by the Committee and distributed to attendee
  • 12:00    -    Lunch (on your own)
  • 13:30    -    FranScene table reading (no photography/filming allowed)
  • 14:00    -    Afternoon autograph session - ends at 16:00
  • 18:00    -    Buffet Dinner, followed by Q&A (no photography/filming allowed) - LaJolla Ballroom


Sponsor packages will be mailed after the event and will include a badge, group photo, and autographed program. If you are attending the event and also order a sponsor package, it will be given to you at the event.

​Hotel Booking Information

The event will take place at the LAX Hilton with a negotiated group rate for reservations of $169.00 per night plus all applicable taxes. Up to 4 people may be in a room; the 3rd and 4th person incur an additional $20/night charge. This rate is valid through September 20, 2023, and is good for Wednesday, Oct 11th through Saturday, Oct 14th. Any other nights are at the normal hotel rate, based upon
 availability.

If no rooms are showing for the event rate, or on a limited availability date you need, please email smkanniversary@yahoo.com, and we will try to increase the room block. 

There is a free shuttle to/from the LAX airport and the hotel. A special discounted day parking rate of $20.00 Self-Parking and $30.00 Valet Parking has been set for attendees with a vehicle.
